Extreme cardio kettlebell workout is kicking my ass!

Not dropping weight as I planned…

I’m not discouraged, but I’m disappointed a bit. I will have to readjust something. I experimented by doing something different which was 3 days of cardio/circuit training and 2 days of strength training. Seeing how I was off and out of the gym for 2 months, I thought the weight would just come right off. I mean from January to February of this year, I shed 22 pounds. It was nuts!!!

Anyways that hasn’t happened. Infact I’ve only lost 2 pounds which by most standards is fine. It’s the recommended ‘healthy’ weight to lose. Anyone who is really overweight knows though that 2 pounds is nothing in a week.

I think I need to go back to lifting at least 3 days a week. Some walk/run intervals 3 days a week and then my circuits on my off days. I think I’ll try that next week and see how it goes. Right now, this plan isn’t working the way I want. I’ve been so on point with my calories and overall intake too. Damnit.

was debating about doing another KB circuit and 4 mile walk… just saw this. getting my ass up and doing another circuit even though I’m tired and going for my damn work. ET is the man

Kettlebell Circuit 5/23/13

I’m irritated today because my new kettlebell wasn’t delivered. Either the place I ordered it didn’t hand over my delivery note to FedEx like it asked on the website, or FedEx ignored it like douches. Kinda fucked up my workout schedule. I’m debating on if I want to go for my 4 miles or not. The frustration has actually left me mentally tired.

We’ll see how I feel after this workout.
